I am myself 100%, 100% of the time. 
I know with 100% certainty that what another person thinks about me(or you)means absolutely nothing, and should have no affect on me(you) whatsoever. 
It’s all about what you think and how you feel about yourself. 
If you want to find yourself, so you can learn to love yourself, You have to get to know yourself. To get to know yourself, you have to be yourself, 100%, 100% of the time. 
This will also work to weed out all of the people who don’t like you or love you for who you are, which are the ones that you do not need. Those are the ones who will ultimately hurt you, and bring you down, cramp ya mo fuckin style. 
And it will attract the people who do get down with who you are, which are the ones that you absolutely need. 
They’ll help you find yourself, so you can get to know yourself, so you can learn to love yourself.

I believe that this is THE way to live, if you desire to know and love yourself. 

This is a recipe that will help one gain contentment, peace, and love for oneself and within oneself.
