Alan "Dezzysgrave" Hernandez is an artist from Las Vegas, Nevada, who has immersed himself in not only Hip-Hop, R&B and Rap but in a variety of musical styles that have been implemented into his career. Some styles might be hard to pin point but the new sound you are hearing can be labelled as the "Sad 'N Slimey" style, pioneered by the artist who discovered him ‘Lil Luchaini’ reflected in his current creative direction. Dezzysgrave has always had a love for all genre's of music. Ever since he was younger Alan was always listening to R&B, and the likes of Chris Brown, Ray J, Alicia Keys, Nelly, and Akon. But the Rap influence started when Alan was introduced to the rapping styles of phenomenon Biggie Smalls, superstar Lil Wayne, and the prodigy himself Kanye West. These sounds became a relative part of what Dezzysgrave was chasing.

Alan dealing with a personal break up in late 2017 became a catalyst for his artistic side to flourish. It led Dezzysgrave to put down his first track called "Dead and Gone." A mix of raw life and honest lyrics, it immediately spoke to fans, but he didn't start making music full time until after the death of Lil Peep. This had a profound effect on him: "It was the way Lil Peep moved in the industry and how he was his own person and so relatable that made me really mourn his death. It hit me hard as I had been going through some anxiety and depression for a few years myself at this point, and his music helped me really get through it all." That wake up call thrust him into the booth to start recording.
