A 128 bpm / Bm / 10A remix of Finnish rising star Rony Rex's stomper! Made & shared with permission by Rony Rex & Youth Control. This is a product of 2 airplane sessions, 2 hotel sessions and a final mixdown & mastering session in the studio. I like the original, but it's not my style, not something I can play in my sets, so I asked for the parts and promptly got them, made my own version and it seems to be working nicely on the dancefloor! :)

Rony Rex - Sticky Fingers (Darude Remix)

Rising Finnish star @ronyrex dropped his highly praised debut EP "F*cked It Up" via @youthcontrol last month and it went straight to #2 on the Finnish iTunes Dance Album chart. The title track is a shimmering and housed up dance pop bomb that features vocals from indie pop outfit LCMDF.

Now, he's getting ready to unleash the remix version of the EP from which we get the @roisto remix of "Burn". Fellow Finnish producer Roisto has been praised by the likes of Thump, DJ Mag and Wired and has spawned the huge single "Apart In Love", which has picked up two million Spotify plays to this date and was licensed by Toolroom. 

His disco sounding remix is filled to the brim with warmth and colour, along with funked up guitar riffs that plays against the breezy vocals for this summer time number.

‘Skin’ is a song that was years in the making and features @outsideoutside. I started it in 2013 in my college dorm room - it was just a few chords and a piano riff I recorded, but I knew I had something special. The song took on many forms throughout the years but I finally found the proper direction for it when I began to work with @outsideoutside. I felt like they understood exactly what I was going for, and without them, the song wouldn’t be what it is today.
