Michael's style ranges from Folk to Rock to Country to Pop. Over the past 18 yrs Pemberton has had the opportunity to sing and play his music for and with many of NYC's finest artists and in many of it's best venues from the Oak room to The Bitter End. His song EYE TO EYE, co-written and released by Singer/Actor Sara Ramirez(Grey's Anatomy), was included in her recently released self titled EP. Currently he is working on writing a conceptual rock concert based on Mikhail Bulgakov's THE MASTER AND MARGARITA. Michael is also an actor who has appeared on Broadway, and in Film and Television.

His love for music started as at young age singing and picking up various instruments without formal training. In early 2019 he started bassmeant prouductions as an outlet for his musical talent and a platform to meet and collaborate with artist in Seattle. His goal is to find a defining  Seattle Sound for bassmeant productions and Seattle as well as promote a healthy and thriving music scene in Seattle
