Little Girl Blue - London Trombonists in Lockdown

The late great Johnny Mandel has always been a huge influence on me, ever since I was introduced to a couple of his film soundtracks back in my NYJO days. 

This arrangement was originally written by Gene Puerling for the Singers Unlimited. I was heavily inspired by Chris Dean & Nick West's recordings of a couple of these tunes - the arrangements are so beautiful, and they sit perfectly in the trombone's sweetest register.
