Tracks of 2024, Calm Stiege’s latest offering continues to solidify his position as a leading
force in future-facing percussive dance music.
Closing the EP, 'Trigus' stands as the most classically ‘UK Funky’ track. A fusion of rolling
snares, grimy bass wobble, and offbeat bleeps, its tantalisingly sparse breakdowns and
satisfying drops are made for old-school skanking.
