Hailing from Manchester (UK), Transcode is a dynamic and highly talented producer / DJ. His sound leans towards energetic & deep, driven techno but he certainly doesn’t limit his horizons, with an unquestionably unique ability to design deep and elaborate tracks that ignore the generic rules and constraints of genres.

As a creative artist his work has been acknowledged and supported up by some of the most prestigious labels and artists in the business. Recent support has come from a wide range of tastemaker DJs, such as Laurent Garnier, Adam Beyer, Monika Kruse, Oliver Koletzki, Joris Voorn, Pleasurekraft, Alan Fitzpatrick and many more. 

With multiple tracks getting into the Beatport Techno top 10 and releases on revered labels such as Stil Vor Talent, Terminal M and Gem Records, Transcode keeps pushing high quality music into the world and has a promising and exciting future ahead of him.

The majority of this Soundcloud is like a sketchbook for my music.

System Fault are an Alt-Rock 6 piece formed in 2006, in a tiny place called Heaton Moor south of Manchester.

Our sound is a modern one, taking influences from many bands, whilst not imitating any. 

We're a Rock Band, we've been likened to a mix of Queens Of The Stone Age, Placebo, Foo Fighters and The Stranglers all thrown in a blender and wailing at the same rate! 

Apparently this can come across as a bit menacing and also a little bit epic here and there, but we're sure you can make your own mind up about that.

We're best listened to live, right in your face, on a big stage.

We're currently working on our 4th studio release. Due out in June 2011.

Copenhagen’s Anders Trentemøller has long been respected as a creator of extraordinarily memorable melodies and dark soundscapes. While many artists follow a pattern of invention and reinvention, Anders’ arc has been a series of points along the same curve, playing the long game with each release representing the next chapter in a constantly evolving series.

Dreamweaver continues on this track, combining elements of shoegaze, dark wave, motorik, noise rock and somber, introspective takes on electronic pop but in a considerably more psychedelic manner. The chronology of its 10 songs is an immersive experience that presents additional otic pleasures when headphones are strapped on.
