GARBICZ FESTIVAL 2019

The fields of Garbicz are guarded by ancient entities. Gigantic oaks and birch trees, some over 500 years old, have witnessed the past and are patiently awaiting the future. Their colossal roots spread out like veins, holding the sandy soil while canopies shelter generations to come. 

Surrounding a clear lake formed by a Polish glacier, countless species of trees thrive here. Young and old, together they grow strong while their diversity is the key to a healthy community.
 
These oaks, the green Gods of nature, were the first we saw here in Poland. We arrived in Garbicz, dragged by an irresistible pull, with an unmistakable feeling that something greater brought us here. They called us and invited us to gather near the village, be welcomed like family and respectfully share what life gives. This we are truly grateful for.

No words can express the madness that overcame us all that day at Seebühne, but we’re going to try anyway because that doesn’t happen every day :)  

All hands up, hundreds of smiles and goosebumps and giggles all around us. It was a magical kind of madness that we shared with so many people, and we just wanted to say thank you to those who were there for creating this insane vibe with us.

Sunrise on a Sunday morning, at around 2000 metres above sea level in Faraya, Lebanon… This was definitely an extraordinary experience! It was an honor playing at the 1st day of Five Islands Festival, cannot explain the amount of positive vibes I’ve received throughout the day!

thursday morning, 2 am my wife and me started this trip in hamburg by car. we arrived at 6am, I played from 0700-0830 (of course it was a bit delayed), we stayed a bit, picked up a good friend and drove back at around 11am. friday 3pm I picked up my son from the kindergarden.
