„Süran“ describes a feeling of being happy and at peace. A mood free from tension, a state of comfort - a feeling you most likely sense when dancing! Erhan Yılmaz (@erhanyilmazedits)has composed this EP for experiencing exactly this. When editing music, his source of inspiration is the research of ethnic cultures and ancient stories. New melodies pop up in his mind and getting transformed into groovy tunes that are now meant to inspire you! Together with the remixes by Ohxalá, Spaniol, Jack Essek and Lola Villa, we’re taken on a journey through oriental palaces and rides through the desert. In anticipation of summer we already feel the warm sand under our feet - ready for dancing!

"Requiem EP" is Zaratustra's first foray into melodic and contemplative atmospheres.
The main piece "Requiem" (literally means "rest" in latin) evokes a melancholic state of mind, a calm meditation set in a remote place, at the edge of civilization. The track is served by beautiful remixes by the talented ğinğembrę, Helkah and Ali Termos.
"Mirages" was co-produced by Zaratustra and his friend Nubia after a common trip in Egypt. The track slowly builds up toward a climax using ethnic drums and Middle-Eastern instruments evoking the desert.

ABOUT THE EP:
The cheetah (Acinonyx jubatus) native to Africa and central Iran. It is the fastest land animal, estimated to be capable of running at 80 to 128 km/h (50 to 80 mph)
The cheetah shows little aggression toward humans, and can be tamed easily, as it has been since antiquity.
The cheetah was first tamed in Sumer and this gradually spread out to central and northern Africa, from where it reached India. The evidence for this is mainly pictorial; for instance, a Sumerian seal dating back to c. 3000 BC, featuring a long-legged leashed animal has fueled speculation that the cheetah was first tamed in Sumer

Music is all her life.

She has always been fascinated by electronic sounds and decided to continue her musical journey by being a dj few years ago.

Her dj sets are very eclectic and melodic, but always have that same elements in the sounds that separate her from the others. With influences from &ME, Red Axes, Rampa, her “deep” style has a lot of percussive touch, blends with exotic sounds and melodies that she loves from Balearic music.

Cantor’s new track ‘Harmless’ is a sulky and provocative blend of new wave and post punk, with brooding vocals and echoing synth loops creating a mesmerizing sound that is symbolic of the artists’ inner consciousness. The vocalist Borel (@giovannidinello) is a contemporary musician and composer from the Venice Music Conservatory. This track is from Cantor’s new 4-track EP ‘Convergence’, which as a whole is equally as moody and entrancing, exploring concepts that lie at the core of Cantor’s music: distortions, psychedelia, romanticism, and sonic cheerfulness. 

After releasing music on different labels in the past such as Correspondant, Trafico Music, Motordiscs and Nothing is Real, Cantor is releasing this new EP on his own label Underground Pacific. The EP also includes an acid remix by the famed Alexander Robotnick , and the vinyl edition features art from the talented Italian artist Fabio Baggio aka ‘artbajo’.

Exclusive: Heidenreich feat. ANGST vor GRETA - Je Palpite (Chinaski Remix)

Berlin-East Frisian Heindenreich, also known as one half of Leggings, a slow Indie-Dance formation with his partner in crime DJ Cremant, challenges Francophile vocalist ANGST vor GRETA for his Je Palpite EP on Dutch label Sinchi Collective. Beside the original version of Je Palpite, the track comes with remixes from Calypso head honcho Thomas Jackson and Robert Johnson mainstay Chinaski, who finally delivers new material after his collaboration with Curses on Dischi Autunno earlier this year. As expected and as fresh as a tropical fruit Chinaski squeezes the Disco-ish note out of Heidenreich's original and exchanges it with more progressive and heavily hitting electroid essences that turn his version of Je Palpite to a kiwano, an exotic warm composition with an edgy and raw musical backbone.

Heidenreich feat. ANGST vor GRETA's EP Je Palpite will be released on Sinchi Collective on October 30th, 2020.
