HipHop, Trap and R&B Artist Joshua Desmond (JBT-JD), Guysborough/Antigonish area. 
Joshuas presence in the music scene was apparent from a young age when he helped write and perform on his local church youth gospel album, “God is King”. His early inspirations along with gospel music, were RnB, and Hip-Hop. He began to emerge in the Hip-Hop music scene in 2018 when he dropped, “Bad Dreams Of Better Days”. The debut mixtape included songs that resonated with locals in his province Nova Scotia, such as “East Coast”. Joshua plans to reach a global audience with his most recent release, “Lost In Thoughts” by upping his visual production quality, to match his unique sound. Joshua blends his silly side with deep lyrics and throws it on a unique flow, creating music that takes listeners on an emotional journey. Joshua truly stands out as a leader amongst the many other talented upcoming artists.
