This is an embodiment journey I created for a retreat I was facilitating in the Sacred Valley, Peru.  I had to let go of perfectionism and only had time for one chance to record it before leaving. There is always more we can do, change, or fix but I had to see the beauty in my flaws as an authentic expression from my heart and soul.  The intention of this short journey is to love the parts of yourself that are unique, to move with your own rhythm, and to feel and love your emotional inner landscape.  I hope you enjoy this series of vibrations.
