As calendar pages turned inexorably towards the new millennium, We Love… was born in Ibiza, when one keen observer, happily exhausted as the last tune wound down from another Sunday morning marathon, pointed out the blindingly obvious: "We love Sundays at Space!"
And the future of We Love… is the evolution of the revolution that began at that moment. The mandate is to focus on what mattered back then. Dispensing with glossy flyers, unnecessary marketing and the kind of club culture sophistication that has made the culture bigger than the clubbing, We Love... is about the fundamentals of a good party that occur every Sunday at Space: the Right DJs at the Right time in the Right place playing the Right music. Among a million clubs keen to market themselves as unique, Space is truly in a class of its own: something to do with ley lines, flight paths, feng shui, the bespoke Funktion 1 soundsystem, or the crowds of ambisexual club superfolk who should be on the cover of Vogue instead of the dance monthlies – everyone’s got an opinion on what makes Space magic.
But don’t be mistaken: We Love… goes deeper than Sundays and Space in Ibiza. It is an international family encompassing connections that go back to Darren Hughes’ days at Cream in the early 90s, and spread as far as the annual We Love… Sounds festivals in Australia to events in Brazil, the UK and further afield.

Candy Cats are Amsterdam based DJ's Miss Brown and Veering. Both have been around DJ'ing in the Dutch capital for years. Miss Brown has fired up many dance floors with her soul infused house sounds, technically skilled to the max while never forgetting to please the crowd she is playing her records for. 

Now the Candy Cats is not your average DJ duo. Hell no! They combine their musical talent in steaming sets with a hint of '90s flavor, but the performance itself is just as important. The music is mainly deep house focused, but if the audience and location are up for it, tech-house and techno will be played by these cats as well. 

The Candy Cats will surprise you with their appearance during their gigs. And you could expect one of them grabbing a mic from time to time to add some live vocals... Many more surprises will await you while witnessing one of their DJ gigs, in which energy and enthusiasm are key elements.
