Step 1: we join the organisation but tell ourselves we will always be ourselves, independent-of-mind and free.  Step 2: we are bossing it, cooking on gas, this really works for us.  Step 3: the organisation owns us, we can never leave.

Anointed in a jubilant mood
I glimpse the uppermost
Assume my celebrated post

One thing I know, I will never go institutionalised

I start to sense I’ve jumped the fence.  Institutionalised.

-forate the lost mile cries
Connecting doors turned sour
In the vituperative tower
Tortured triumphs tumble
Conjured corpulence crumbles
