The Definition of Determination: being determined to do or achieve something; firmness of purpose; "his determination showed in his every movement"; "he is a man of purpose". - These words truly define S@mmy C.  and his Daily grind in the music game. C started at a prime age of 13, his main interest the instrumental/beat was his spark in hip hop, after finding his voice he started recording with many local acts in and around the Santa Fe and Albuquerque areas in New Mexico. S@mmy C has done Collabs with local artists such as, Wolfman Jack, Greggo G., Meigway, Manny Fresh, Adrenaline Truth (DJ Shatter), Deep Rhythm, Clue, Benzo, and Oliver Twist aka OT. C also releases projects with OT as "H3" (Hip Hop's Heisman) . C has released over 20 Albums which include lp's, ep's, mixtapes, joint ventures, and of course plenty solo albums. Winning many local battles in the Fe, C has earned the rep as the man to beat. S@mmy C also Produces Instrumentals/Beats under his own Label Called Cant Sleep Records and has done collabs with many producers out of Santa Fe and Albuquerque NM. His self taught knowledge, and higher education schooling earned him a Certificate In Audio Production. Providing him with a variety of skills, methods, and techniques to enhance his art. From Creating, Mixing, Mastering, Producing, Distribution and Promotion-S@mmy C does it all on his own with hopes of being the one that can bring Hip Hop back to its feet and atop the mountain where it belongs, with C right on top.
