Takz is a Boston based hip hop artist & producer who's witty lyrics are backed by his unique take on beats.  Each song combines lyrical insight into his life experience and a bar heavy approach. What sets Takz apart are his video game inspired beats. Drawing inspiration from a separate passion he has sampled countless video game tracks for his mixtapes. Takz effortlessly blends these two together with a smooth and confident flow to create his own space in the music world. This is evident by the recent drop of his latest mixtape, TC2: Reloaded. Takz continues to work on new and innovative twists to stand out in the music scene. Along with headlining shows in Boston, New York and Philly, he recently opened for Joe Budden.
