Born Jeremy Klaassen, Bono Badja is a Dutch DJ and music producer who brings sunshine wherever he goes. Known for his high-energy fusion of Afro, Latin, and global rhythms, Bono crafts vibrant, melodic grooves that instantly spark warmth, connection, and movement. His productions radiate a tropical spirit sun-kissed beats, rolling percussions, and feel-good melodies that create an instant island escape on any dancefloor.

Bono’s music has found homes on respected labels such as Afrodite, Smash The House, Café de Anatolia, Sony Music, Tortuga, Mi Amor Records, and more. With standout tracks like Cabana, Playa del Sol, Ring the Alarm, Ayé Ayé, Do It Like This, and Mytilini, he continues to carve out his signature sound rich, rhythmic, and irresistibly dance-driven. His work has received support from heavyweights including Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike, Hugel, Carl Cox, Adam Beyer, TSHA, Chuckie, and many others.

On stage, Bono Badja channels pure summer energy. He has shared the booth with names such as FAUL & WAD, Afro Bros, Lady Bee, Freddy Moreira, Danny Roma, DJ Jean, DJ José, D-Rashid, Javi Torres, Simon Fava, Ruben Vitalis, Andrew Mathers, Vessbroz, and many more artists across the scene.

His sound has carried him far beyond The Netherlands. In 2020, Bono embarked on the Namaste Tour in India alongside Nikos D, performing in Mumbai, Goa, Jaipur, and Hyderabad. From Germany, Bulgaria, Ireland, Spain, Belgium, France, and Turkey to Egypt and even the magical islands of the Azores, his global footprint keeps expanding, always bringing that signature summer heat.

Bono Badja has lit up festivals and clubs such as Dreamvillage Festival, OMG Festival, Samen Festival, Sunset XXL Festival, Mi Amor Streetfestival, Club WoW, Club Riddim, BK1 Germany, Grenswerk Venlo, Club Famous (Ede), Loft & The Level (Arnhem) and many more.

Mainstage EDM meets underground meets German Schlager pop meets festival trap meets carnivalton. Without a single fuck given, sends pretty well blended crowds straight into a frenzy. Every time. This party maniac usually comes on stage with air horns, confetti canons, inflatable animals, boats and what not. And worked his way up as a household name on every festival in the Netherlands.
