Center Of The Universe aka Dj Sissyfus is a Norwegian electronic music producer who recently turned his output into a mixture of unique ethno disco & warm synthpop. Live, he presents us with enchanting lyrics, catchy melodies, pinches of acid and clarinette playing. He has been releasing close to 15 albums, performing in numerous live bands and has been running his own label Metronomicon Audio since 2000. 

Center of the Universe has been active in the Norwegian underground music scene since 1998 and has in addition to participating in several other projects, found the time to release a whole host of solo albums, including a trilogy where the theme was space and time. It is difficult to give a clear definition of the band’s musical impression, as this tends to change from release to release, but it would not be wrong to say that melody is always at the center. What apparently may begin as a pop song entice you into a world where nothing is as it seems and musical expectations are seldom met. For the Center of the Universe no surna is too high and no bass too deep. He has always walked off the beaten path next to the road less travelled and keeps trudging on in a landscape where the sun shines, vulcanoes erupt and it’s raining guitars, sitars and just plain’ol tars.

Captain Credible is the crazy-scientist project of British Daniel Eugene Lacey-McDermott. A curious artist who emerged from Trondheim in 2008 and has been terrorizing audiences all over Europe ever since. Resurrected as a meta musical presence in a not-so-easily defined genre, he claims Aphex Twin, Sex Pistols and Aaron Carter have helped him form his own image. The Captain refers to his sounds as “filthy drunk beats bathing in a lake of melting synthesizers and old Nintendo cartridges”.

On a stage filled with hand made electronics and songs about dead cats and pure code the Captain plays regales his listeners with epic adventures through time and space. With jaw dropping performances at festivals like Øya, Hove, by:Larm, Slottsfjell, Ragnarock (Milan), Pictoplasma (Berlin) as well as support tours for Casiokids, The Show Is The Rainbow and Slagsmålsklubben he might be considered underground, but is already making waves in his own right. His debut EP 'Planet of the Eternal Electro Breakdance Orgy' was released on the small but credible Norwegian label How Is Annie Records (Youth Pictures, The Little Hands of Asphalt) and his second EP “Mountain Cloudboy” gained notoriety online. 
	
October 2015 marks the release of the first EP in a series of three printed circuit boards on the label Metronomicon Audio. This EP “Dead Cats” Is unique in that each physical copy of the printed circuitboard is a uniquely different version of the EP. This is because the last track on the ep “main.h” is generated by the microcontroller on the circuitboard using a bunch of complex 8bit maths equations and your download code. Simply plug in your headphones and accept the harsh reality that is the robot takeover of the cultural market
