Crossroads formed in 2013 in Townsville. After a successful crowd-funding campaign they released AN ALBUM in 2014. Now they have released a new single called "One Foot". 

The band is really proud of what they have achieved in such a short time playing alongside many amazing artists like Sticky Fingers, Donavon Frankenreiter, Kingfisha, Dubmarine, Combat Wombat, The Rusty Datsun's, Siskin River, Nicky Bomba, The Chocolate Strings and many others great bands.

Thier music is a high energy, Roots/Reggae/Rock sonic love explosion - where a tidal wave of sonic bliss, body shaking rhythms and soul cleansing goodness leaves your mind expanded and every molecule of your soul screaming for more !!

'King' has a sound that is as vast and diverse as their members. Combining New Age Country, Australian HipHop and everything in between, they push the sounds and feelings of a Town sitting on the fence of city and country.
This mixed bag of artists range from the experienced and big hearted, to the fanatical and academically recognised; throw in a storytelling hip hop enthusiast and fronted by an incredibly driven but self-confessed-musical-dunce...mix it all together, and amongst all the noise you will find: KING.

With the release of their debut EP (recorded by Mark Myers of ‘Starry Field’ and more notably ‘The Middle East’) they unashamedly produce the untold story and resonances of a region relatively unheard of.
