En este segundo episodio de Progre Sounds Sessions, nos acompaña un artista que representa la evolución musical en su forma más auténtica. Derderwandert comenzó su viaje en los años 2000, sumergido en la cultura del hip hop en vinilo. Pero fue en los clubes de Berlín donde descubrió su verdadera pasión: la música electrónica.

Su alias, derderwandert, no solo traduce el concepto de "quien deambula", sino que también encapsula su manera de explorar sonidos, géneros y emociones a lo largo de su trayectoria.

Hoy en día, sus producciones han resonado en los oídos de miles gracias al apoyo de figuras icónicas como John Digweed, quien incluyó Clara y Childhood en sus sets. Y más recientemente, su talento brilló en escenarios de alto calibre: desde el Metropolitano de Rosario en enero 2025, hasta un impactante B2B con Sasha en el Autódromo de Buenos Aires, el pasado 1° de abril de 2025.

En este DJ mix exclusivo para Progre Sounds Sessions, derderwandert nos invita a deambular con él a través de paisajes sonoros envolventes, construidos con sensibilidad, profundidad y una narrativa muy personal.

El set incluye cuatro producciones propias, entre ellas Clara y Childhood, además de dos tracks inéditos que aún no han sido lanzados oficialmente. Completan el viaje una cuidada selección de temas que reflejan su gusto musical actual y lo que más lo inspira en este momento.

This is an amazing event ran by some legendary friends Thad Lester & Leigh Lester held in the middle of the Otway's forest - my favourite place in the world. It's a school camp style eco retreat surrounded by beautiful Aussie bush scenery. Inside the barn is possibly the lushest most welcoming dancefloor/soundsystem i've played on! Funktion-One sound, about 15 couches to choose from, 2 incredible fireplaces + the best group of people who love to dance, it really made this winter weekender such an amazing experience.

I was on early in the festival so I went with a nice groovy warm up style set to welcome in the weekend. It was so awesome seeing my friends and new faces fill the room for the first time while playing on the Friday night 🙂

Jon Sweetname is back on Personal Belongings with 'Suns in Topum', his latest 3-track EP blending different influences into a gem for Deep House lovers.

The main track combines hypnotic, ethnic textures with smooth harmonies and warm instruments, building up an emotional story that suits in any sun-kissed environment.

B-Side is 'The Light of Fire', present in two different mixes. Showing Jon's versatility as a producer, this track goes into a slightly darker and driving direction focused into synthetic arps enigmatic strings.

Carina Lawrence, a Melbourne-born DJ and producer, is a rising star in the in the London underground electronic music scene where she has fast earned a reputation as a top selector with her captivating sets.

Her performances are a symphony of melodic moments, soulful tribal grooves, and eclectic sonic influences, each one drawing revellers deeper into the music. With every beat, her focus and meticulous attention to detail shine through. In the booth, it’s pure connection as she creates and builds an atmosphere charged with energy that lingers long after the last track fades.

Carina’s deep appreciation for diverse soundscapes came to life in her debut solo release 'No Quit' on @mobileerecords Zoom Vol.1 compilation. The record gained support from some pioneers of the music industry including Sasha, John Digweed and Yotto. Her follow up release came as a 4-track EP 'Love Language' on @talktalk-records (a sub label of @bar25 ). The EP jumped into 9th spot on the Hype release indie dance chart on Beatport only days after it came out. 

Not one to be bound by the confines of genre, her sets are a masterful fusion of diverse soundscapes, earning her acclaim among top London promoters like Parable, Free From Sleep, LWE and Broadwick Live. Having already shared the bill alongside top-tier talent, Carina has been making her mark on global audiences. She has directly supported Jimi Jules, Trikk, Joris Voorn, Nora En Pure and Patrice Baumel during their UK shows and has shared the lineup with the likes of Carlita, Adriatique, Yotto, Dosem, Guy J, Jody Wisternoff, Henri Bergman and many more.

She has performed at iconic venues globally like Printworks, Drumsheds, Fabric, and E1, The Sanctuary Rome and has recently, been seen on the UK/European Festival circuit at Anjunadeep Explorations, Secret Garden Party, Junction 2 and Balance Croatia. 

With over a decade-long journey marked by her authenticity and passion, Carina continues to push boundaries in her mission to deliver unforgettable dance floor experiences
