Ty was born in Leeds, UK. At the age of thirteen, Ty was already practicing his skills on his older brother’s turntables.His resume includes not only high class events but also, mix tapes, music video and radio appearances.
In 2001, Ty received first place in a Regional DJ scratch Battle. In 2004, Ty met  L.S.K (Faithless) leading him to work with a variety of artist including Cabin Fever and Capital State and gave him the opportunity to open up in front of an 18,000 sell-out crowd at The Project Revolution Tour in Stockholm Germany.
With his diverse taste of music, Ty mixes everything from soul, funk, reggae , chilled downbeat and party rockers. The combination of his versatile style and unique skills makes him a sought-after name on the underground circuit, Leading him to supporting Maxi Jazz (faithless) at FreshJive. His expertise has already enabled him to perform all over the country. He can rock any crowd with his wide selection in music and natural DJ skills.
He continues to perform at high class events, produces mix tapes recently " The Pride show mixtape" which can be found on Soundcloud and can share his talents on tour.
