VERY SICK WITH FLU!! It was a battle to keep the throat clean of mucus. 
Scatology apart, even though it has a few flaws, the result was a MIRACLE! I am going to re-record it without being sick later.

I have recorded the vocals with my webcam's mic and used an instrumental track from Youtube user "TheTrooper80". I just replaced the intro with the original drums.

This is one of all-time favorite Angra songs. The very first I've seen them perform live back in the Holy Land Tour in 1996. It is quite special for me.

I have remixed the voice with less treble and slightly less reverb. I think it sounds a little bit better.

I have downloaded the instrumental from Youtube, recorded all vocals (including backing vocals) with my webcam's mic and mixed it all using Garageband.

"Who waits forever anyway?"

My first attempt singing Freddie. I have learned a lot with this one. I felt like singing soft at the beginning, so it sounds less menacing then the original version. Fixed the abrupt ending of the previous version and tweaked a few parts I didn't like. Unfortunately the line "Who waits forever anyway?" had to be cut off.

As usual I have downloaded the instrumental from Youtube, recorded the vocals with my webcam's mic and mixed it all with Garageband.

Unfortunately the mix still sounds too treble and metallic. Still couldn't figure out how to fix it without muffling the sound. Perhaps with my current gear (which is pretty much none) it is not even possible.

Who Wants to Live Forever (v2) - Queen tribute (Carlos on vocals)

One of the Priest's most beautiful songs ever. Too bad the terrible quality of the instrumental background. Also using the webcam to record Halford-like screams is totally inadequate because of distortion. Anyway... this is the only way I can do it for now.

I have recorded of the vocals with my webcam's mic, including harmonies. Mixed with Garageband. The background instrumental was downloaded from Youtube.

I love this song and I love the result. There are a few flaws but the recording is very honest, so I will leave them there. And boy, do I love recording the Rÿche.

No effects whatsoever were used. No reverb, no echo, nothing. This is absolutely raw with no post-production.

I don't have any bands or anything. This space is just for me to publish the stuff I like to record as a hobby sitting in front of my computer. Almost every time I record the material using only my computer's webcam (the only microfone I currently have available) and use background instrumentals I pick from Youtube or from musician friends (when noted otherwise). So usually don't expect studio quality. I am frequently recording and re-recording stuff. So expect some version numbers in a few songs as I will be improving them.
