Cheeky Bootleg that i have worked on with a good friend. The idea came from Fat Frank (AKA St Paul/ Shine Boys) and the enigineering for the final product was done by myself. Bootlegs where soemthing that we worked on in the early days of our producing journey during our residency at Shine. Was good fun to go back and have another go at bootlegs with an increased knowledge base of production skills.

Yorkshire based House DJ, producer and events promoter, Carl Shawn has been involved in the House music scene for over 18 years. Utilising 3 decks and effects Carl has crafted his own dynamic and energetic style that whips the dancefloor into a frenzy.

As a producer, Carl Shawn has had 38 tracks and remixes released on labels such as Simma Black, PHXBLK, Housesession, Cleveland City Records and Subtractive. Carl’s most noteworthy achievements include 13 download chart positions including a #25 Beatport a #1 on Track It Down, and a #6 and #14 on Traxsource.

Whether it’s his productions or his DJ sets, Carl refuses to sit within one sub genre of the underground house music spectrum. Carl is comfortable playing anything from laid back bar grooves to main room anthems. This versatility enables Carl to adapt to the crowd and work the dance floor reflecting his professionalism and attention to detail.
