KOZMA channels a deep-rooted passion for music into sets that explore the darker, unorthodox edges of techno and hardgroove. With a background in playing instruments from an early age, his connection to sound is intuitive and precise, shaping a distinctive approach to selection. He first entered Budapest’s techno scene in early 2025, a step that soon led him to play at established venues such as Turbina and Kassa. Influenced also by time spent in Portugal, his stripped-back aesthetics and hypnotic grooves unfold into narratives that guide listeners through tension, release, and reflection.

Carl Shorts is the sonic alter ego of an extraordinary, forward-thinking hard techno producer and composer. Known for delivering uncompromising, hard-hitting techno, his style is raw, relentless and industrial - forged in the underground and built for concrete walls, strobe lit floors and peak hour pressure.

Inspired by the grit of 90s European techno and the do it yourself ethics of modern underground movements, Shorts leads a new breed of hard techno artists. Drawing influence from the pulse of Berlins basements to the industrial echoes of Detroit, Shorts' productions are driven by pounding kick drums, relentless grooves and distorted rhythms and textures to create the hard-hitting sound that he is renowned for.  

With a sound firmly rooted in the underground scene, Shorts' technical compositional and production abilities allow him to channel a philosophy of movement, tension, and release in his tracks whilst constantly pushing the boundaries of hard techno music - no gimmicks, no compromises, just pure sustained intensity and power,  producing work that goes beyond expectation and never diluted.
