One of Melbourne’s most staunch dnb heads since 2000, Laurie Edwards : Formally TorqueDJ and now Diov, has taken to the task of murking eardrums with his edgy take on Neurofunk, Tekstep and Liquid Funk. Drawing on directions laid out by dnb dons such as Goldie, Break, Alix Perez, Ivy Lab, SPY Breakage and labels including Critical, Renegade Hardware and Metalheadz, Diov delivers sets sought after by an ever expanding fanbase.
