Born in the Dominican Republic, I moved to Germany as a child. I grew up with traditional caribbean music like Bachata, Salsa and Merengue. These influences can certainly be regonised in my style. I played on several events at “Disco Zwei”, the infamous “Loft Club “ in Ludwigshafen and “DasZimmer” in Mannheim

Since a few years it is no longer a secret, that the Rhein-Main-Delta is a well known area for good produced electro music. Ever since the Pop-Academie of Mannheim exists, it is a important adress for Techno- and House-Music to spread all over Germany. In the foreground of the Academie was always the subject not to surge on the newest trends, but rather to advance a new personal touch.
Exactly in this area Sascha Kasper is settled! Powered by the Do-It-Yourself-Attitude, he gets famous all over the regional frontiers with his stage name „DJ Sasha Casper“. Due to the fact that he wants to transcript his personal conceivabilities in Tech- and Deep-House by himself, he discovers his talent for Track-Producing. Since 2003 Caspar starts to assemble and dismount his own studio, to give his musical ideas space to develop. Both as soloartist and in collaboration with his Friend and companion Sascha Ries (aka Sascha BBC), Caspar looks back on a long list of relaeses.
Some of his tracks are known by famous DJ's like Marco Carola, Johnny D, Nick Gurly and many others. Meanwhile every new track by Caspar gets a big support through the Top-DJ's of Germany.


Das im Rhein-Main-Delta gute elektronische Musik produziert wird, ist schon lange kein Geheimnis mehr. Nicht erst durch die Mannheimer Pop-Akademie gilt das Drehkreuz um Mannheim/Ludwigshafen schon seit den frühen Tagen der elektronischen Dance Music als eine der wichtigsten Impulsgeber wenn es darum geht, Techno und House aus Deutschland voranzubringen. Dabei stand stets im Vordergrund, dass aktuelle Trends nicht einfach nur ausgeschlachtet, sondern vielmehr mit eigener Note versehen weiterentwickelt werden. 
Genau in dieser Tradition steht auch Sascha Kasper. Angefixt von der Do-It-Yourself-Attitüde, verschaffte er sich seit Mitte der 90er Jahre zunächst als DJ Sasha Caspar über die regionalen Grenzen hinaus Gehör. Um seine eigenen Vorstellungen, vor allem in den Bereichen Tech- und Deep-House umzusetzen zu können und dabei nicht nur auf „fremde“ Tracks angewiesen sein zu müssen, entdeckte Caspar auch schnell sein Talent für das Track-Producing. Caspar begann etwa 2003 sein eigenes Studio stetig auf- und auszubauen, um den eigenen musikalischen Ideen Raum zu geben. Sowohl als Solokünstler, als auch in Zusammenarbeit mit Freund und Wegbegleiter Sascha Ries (Sascha BBC) kann Caspar mittlerweile auf eine durchaus ansehnliche Reihe von Releases zurückblicken. Diese blieben selbst DJ-Szenegrößen wie Marco Carola, Johnny D, Nick Curly und vielen, vielen anderen nicht verborgen. Inzwischen erfährt jeder neue Track gehörigen Support durch die DJ-Oberliga.
