Spring Morning

Human beings have been suffering for thousands of years because of the illusory sense of separation. This Psychological Self is an illusion that makes us feel that we have an individual existence, hence we need to thrive. Where there is separation, there is fear and the Self to keep this illusion alive will *identify itself with the body, thoughts, emotions, past experieces and so on. This identity with the mind is an illusion, because there is no individual mind, only the One Mind that is common to all human beings. The One Mind is evolving in consciousness thanks to the extraordinary Supreme Intelligence that is emanated from it's core, called the Collective Consciousness. This mantra creates a deep connection in our hearts with the Colletive Consciousness, where your personal evolution happens, awakening your heart to the Divine.

I think that as we grow & and fall into the repetition of work & routine our perception of the world vignettes and we loose our sense of wonder and amazement- at least, that's my experience.
Recording the sounds around me forces me to listen to my world objectively which I find reveals some of the inherent beauty in life.
