For this track, I recorded my garbage disposal shutting off and incorporated it into the beat; hence, the title of the track!  I really wanted to use this track on the album, but the Big Lebowski voice samples were too perfect, and legally I couldn't sell the song with those in there; hence, the free download!!  Woot woot!!

Red Card Royale "No Cure for Seein Stars" DUBSTEP MASHUP / REMIX by Carson Ritz

Hopefully you can appreciate the fact that I DO NOT USE PRESETS!  I built all these synths from scratch using a Korg Micro and a Korg EM-1.  I tracked out the beat one sound at a time.  No presets, no drum loops.  I mixed and mastered it with Cubase, using a total of around 36 tracks (too lazy to count right now).  Please download, share, and check out my original music!

I do not use preset synth pads or drum loops.  I create all my synth sounds from scratch using a Korg EM-1 and Korg Micro.  I do not use MIDI.  I play the synth parts live, record them analog, and mix/master using Cubase.  Imagine that: recording music the old fashioned way?
