“She!k is a live modular techno artist and producer from South London.

Evoking emotion and movement through intense live performance and studio production of modular techno; 
She!k combines carefully crafted found sounds and textures, layering them with heavily processed synths, noise and percussion 
from his steadily expanding cases of eurorack modules, samplers and filters.

She!k's live performances are improvised, unplanned, spontaneous and often chaotic; fuelled by crowd energy and reaction and filled with ever-building layers of percussive, industrial sounds and infectious rhythms.

From his South London home studio; She!k produces tough, uncompromising techno, heavily influenced by the sounds and aesthetic of the surrounding environment.
She!k often takes field recordings from home, the city, transit,  construction sites, hospitals, etc. as well as heavily processed percussion and synth voices taken from the modular and manipulates them into twisted, metallic forms , embeded into rhythmic, driving tracks.

In this mix, recorded for revok Revok Radio, She!k is showcasing his favourite recent tracks from Revok and beyond.

Øperat is an experimental industrial project born by the Italian duo in 2013. Always passionate about electronic music, they approached the world of live and production right away. Suggesting a completely modular set up. Their sound is characterized by dark environments with dynamic bass lines and rhythms, aggressive and sharp sounds. After several years spent in a studio they had the opportunity to play live shows at one of the main clubs in the area"Hyper" (VI). In which they had several opportunities to perform with international artists. Last year they recorded some DJ sets for Sehnsucht Kollektiv, The Slave,Untreated,Vumantra,M.powerhouse,Modern Bön,Brutal Forms and The Forgotten.In February 2019 they have their first release in a various artist on Kloster recordings and December 2020 TEMPLER (Area Z) November 2021 V/A Vumantra and December V/A Brutal Forms.Øperat is a strong and solid project in continuous evolution created by two old childhood friends.
