The Doors '67 sono la tribute dei The Doors più attiva in Campania vantando in pochissimi anni centinaia di live e altrettanti locali all'attivo e un culto tra gli appassionati del genere per la particolarità e lo spirito delle loro esibizioni. Tra i loro estimatori non si può non citare Tony Funches mitico Bodyguard di Jim Morrison figura onnipresente nella carriera dei The Doors. Il progetto parte dalla devozione ai limiti della sacralità che un gruppo di amici armati di un'unica passione riversano nei confronti della leggendaria band californiana che a partire dall'anno di grazia 1967 (da qui il nome della band) spalancò le porte dell'arte seduttrice e provocatoria della loro musica. Varie le anime che compongono il gruppo, a partire dal batterista Peppe Celardo detto anche "un Celardo" unico detentore e custode in terra della celardità omonima. Alle chitarre Cristoforo Marrazzo THE BODYGUARD da sempre ossessionato dalle partiture che furono di Robbie Krieger; equipaggiato e armato fino ai denti dalla signature omonima a garantire la sua fede smisurata nel credo doorsiano. Sasà Coppola, l'anziano del gruppo, di formazione Soul/Blues è l'anima criminale del sound doors67iano. Al basso e soprattutto alla pazzia il quinto Doors vale a dire Fabio Filippelli. Chiude la formazione lo sfaccendato del gruppo France Gall a regalarci un Morrison tardo '60 con barba folta a seguito e stivalato fino al midollo. Unica ragione di vita: la nudità.

The Tea Party, the multi-Platinum selling, multi-Juno Award nominated trio consisting of singer/guitarist/multi-instrumentalist Jeff Martin, bassist and multi-instrumentalist Stuart Chatwood and drummer/percussionist Jeff Burrows has returned with Sunshower, a collection of five new songs that once again showcase their mastery of light and shade, and why they continue to occupy a unique place within the ever-changing musical landscape. 

Released on Nov. 26, 2021 through Coalition Music, Sunshower serves as a companion piece to the 2019 EP Black River, presenting a message of hope in the face of the most challenging year we as a society have endured so far in the 21st century. Together, the EPs will comprise the eventual full-length album Blood Moon Rising, officially marking the latest chapter in The Tea Party’s on-going saga. 

Since releasing its major-label debut album Splendor Solis in 1993, The Tea Party has come to be regarded as one of the world’s most innovative rock bands, with a sound that incorporates everything from traditional instrumentation from around the world, to cutting-edge digital technology. 

Now, after more than 30 years as a band, The Tea Party is ready to open a new chapter in its saga, a story that remains rooted in the goal to create new, ambitious, and thought provoking music.
