Cary Crank's Deep Rotation 019 - Deep Progressive House Mix

Thomas discovered his love for music at the age of six – starting with the piano. For nine years, he devoted himself passionately to classical music before being captivated by jazz and eventually by the pulsating beats of the club scene. The CDJs became his new instrument.

As “Chronicall,” he is now known for his unique signature style:
He seamlessly blends melodic, liquid, and deep sounds into a harmonious, energetic soundscape that goes straight under the skin. His sets create an exceptional atmosphere and tell a story that deeply moves the soul while inviting wild, ecstatic dancing.

Since 2009, Chronicall has been a permanent fixture in the Austrian club and festival scene – with a sound that moves and inspires in equal measure – and, above all, lingers in memory for a long time.

This quote from French writer Victor Hugo captures what has always driven Cary Crank: the search for a language rich and nuanced enough to express what moves him most deeply.

From an early age, Cary knew that music was his voice. Growing up in Frankfurt, Germany, he witnessed the birth of techno firsthand and immersed himself fully in its evolving soundscapes. With roots in rock guitar and early electronic experimentation, he eventually found his true artistic home in the world of Progressive House and Melodic Techno.

Since 2018, Cary has released music on acclaimed labels such as Univack, Mango Alley, and Steyoyoke Black, as well as on his own imprints Sunexplosion and Cranking Sounds. His productions regularly appear in the Beatport charts, including a #1 in Progressive House and Track of the Year recognition in 2024.

Cary’s music is known for its analog warmth, emotional depth, and strong sense of narrative. His DJ sets are far more than track selections—they are deep, progressive journeys, shaped by tension, flow, and emotion. Whether on club stages or streaming platforms, he creates immersive experiences that resonate long after the final beat. Praise from peers and fans alike affirms his unique sonic identity:
