This entire EP came from a single dream. All three originals came in the most vivid colors and sounds, very powerful spiritually, and rooted in the ancient foundations of mankind.
A total of NINE amazing musical journeys of the soul. You can dance or drift into the cosmos in astral flight, or both! This is a powerful journey back into time, through the cradle of civilization in India and Pakistan.

"Hindu Kush"
This song is trippy, funky, groovy, deep, and multi-dimensional. This is the heart of the EP. We journey into the heart of the Hindu Kush Mountains, seeking the source of the Indus River, seeking the beginning of history, of civilization, of our consciousness in the highest spiritual way. It feels like a really deep high from the very best Hindu Kush strain of Indica cannabis.

"Indus"
This song is the stage of the journey where we find the Indus River, water of life, source of humanity, source of the spirit. This song is heavenly, celestial, and even more transcendental than Hindu Kush. It begins with deep, droning sitar, super meditative in atmosphere, otherworldly, set to a mesmerizing tabla drum. When we encounter the pure, fast-flowing headwaters, we are filled with the mighty rush of divine water and wind from high in the mountain and high in the heavens. The groove is established with a funky sitar and bass sequence.

"Anant Bhor"
In Hindi, "Anant Bhor" means "Eternal Dawn". This is the climax, the final stage of our journey, where we have completed the circle. The mighty and loving sun has risen in the early morning. Bansuri, sitar, running water, birds singing, tabla drums setting the rhythm. The Moog synthesizer in a deep, deep, deep arpeggio, opens our souls to the circle of eternity. Beauty, gentleness, kindness, mercy. All things we need to be healed and whole.

[ENG]The semiconscious state of the world of imagination, connecting without commitment facts and fictions, is the thematic-musical chosen to represent the sequences of release "Devaneio" (“Daydream”). Have you ever had the feeling of not knowing if you are awake or dreaming? We can concentrate our mental energy on the "here and now" but it can be healthy to allow ourselves the privilege to let our minds wander.

We thank the group of artists who kindly offered their compositions. It is an interesting mix of producers, pushing the sound in all sorts of new directions. We shared out the clipping among five releases, which tends towards the slow feelings. It seems like a vortex whose fluency explores elements of a fantastic world, which populates a dreamlike universe. This universe reproduces a little of the daydreaming’s wit, whose randomness is a striking fact. Therefore, the question that channels this whole plot is simple. What happens next?

Agradecemos ao grupo de artistas que gentilmente ofereceram suas composições. É uma mistura interessante de produtores, empurrando o som em todos os tipos de novas direções. Nós dividimos as faixas entre cinco lançamentos, que tendem para os sentimentos lentos. Parece como um vórtice cuja fluidez explora elementos de um mundo fantástico, que povoam um universo onírico. Following the release of their short film 'The Awakening' and its accompanying single, Lost Souls Of Saturn share the first remix in 8 years by revered musician James Holden. Over thirteen minutes of crisp, stratospheric elegance, Holden’s rework is both slightly mad and simultaneously blissful – like a trance-state reached through frenzied, spiritual ritual.

“I believe in serendipity: if the universe presents you with something that seems right, you should go with it”, says Holden. “When this record hit my desk was one of those moments. Recently I'd been thinking a lot about rave utopias, the pan-global fantasy painted by the early days of Future Sound Of London etc, and listening to LSOS's Jodorowskian ceremonials I felt like they'd caught the same winds. And so, although I thought I'd finished doing remixes for this lifetime, here it is; some kind of dream of a memory of a rave, the spookiness of the original slightly eclipsed by my warm feelings about Seth's good energy!”
The original version of ‘The Awakening’ begins as a serene ambient spacecast, before an ancient alien rite of tribal frenzy starts to emerge through the phosphorescent stardust – sonically somewhere between Demdike Stare and classic Orb, by way of Don Cherry.

Primarily LSOS are Seth Troxler and Phil Moffa, plus further opaque participants congregating to combine music, imagery and storytelling into an inextricably linked whole, all wrapped-up in a philosophy of their own making.

Attempting something creatively that’s above-and-beyond, LSOS explore new ways to open doors of perception and challenge the reality vs. simulation paradigm, whilst capturing the spirit of Philip K. Dick, Sun Ra and the KLF within their music, live experiences and films. 
These spiritual, psychoactive aural vibrations resonate for a long distance, all the way back to something deeper and more enchanting than the prosaicism of modern life: 

“We have been sent synchronistic signs from a metaphysical plane. We are the glitch-seekers, exposing the Holes In The Holoverse. We are Lost Souls Of Saturn.”

‘The Awakening’ single follows LSOS’ ‘Holes In The Holoverse’ EP, which featured a remix by Turner prize-winning artist Wolfgang Tillmans and a video which can been seen at www.lostsoulsofsaturn.com 

Prior to that, the duo performed their live debut as part of the ‘GaiaMotherTree’ installation with artist Ernesto Neto at Zurich Main Train Station, and a second show at Houghton Festival. 

Following these site-specific ambient renditions, the full LSOS live experience will be unveiled in London at Village Underground on Thursday 18th April and Field Day on Friday 7th June.

The greater measure our Blessings and Success is already achieved in the intangible realm of Creation. The first stage of Creation and the greater measure of Creation is pre-born in the Great Femifestation where human eyes do not see. This is the Sacred Void, the Womb of Creation where all reality is an Eternal expansion of infinite possibilities. There is no beginning and no expiration date. We human beings sometimes long for the blessings of manifestation. Manifestation is wonderful and yet it is the icing on the cake.

The cake is already baked in the inner nonphysical realms. We are pregnant with every Blessing that will ever come to be, embryos within our Soul though human eyes have yet to see. So let us see with the Eye of Mind and Heart into Infinite realms of the great unseen, choosing wonderful feelings without concrete reasons and all the Riches of the Kingdom are now ours to redeem.

When the Miracles of our life are still sleeping in the void let us sky rocket our Gratitude and they come leaping from the Void into Blessed Manifestation. Fly Well Beloved Fly Well.
