Casablanco is the musical and creative vehicle of Billy Bruce Wright.
Casablanco was conceived at the BBC Introducing Master Class of 2011 at Abbey Road Studios.
Working with collaborator, Robert Gulston in 'Casablanco Studios' in Southend, and with intermittent writing trips to New York and with other writers including Martin Sutton and Ian Dench.
Billy’s sound was honed and launched in 2012 with a galvanized sound and a live show that combines euphoric samples, thumping drums, explosive guitars and insanely catchy melodies. 
Within months of forming, the live show first hit the road eponymously as 'BB'.
Soon, the winning live formula secured Casablanco a headline slot at Secret Garden Party 2012 Temple Of Boom stage, main support for 2ManyDJs (Soulwax) in Ibiza and a place on the Wall Of Sound records 'End Of World UK Tour' in December 2012, as well as countless other UK shows with acts including Labrinth and Chase & Status. Months of hard work in the studio have given birth to a sure-fire hit guitar/dance crossover debut album.
With two albums worth of material and a killer live show, 'Casablanco' is now ready to breath new live into the pop/dance genre with it's unique twist.

Tommy Boy Entertainment is a legendary Hip Hop & Electronic label founded in NYC in 1981. The label is credited with launching the careers of notable Hip Hop legends Afrika Bambaataa, Coolio, Queen Latifah, House of Pain, De La Soul, and Naughty By Nature. 

In the late 80's Tommy Boy introduced EDM to mainstream audiences with releases from LFO, Coldcut, and 808 State and is credited with opening the door at Top 40 radio in America again for DJ's with the success of Bob Sinclar's "World Hold On" in 2006.

Known for fusing Electronic music with Hip Hop since its early days, Tommy Boy helped to establish Latin Freestyle and Latin Hip Hop genres with the release of multiple singles and albums from TKA, K7, and Information Society.

In 1989, the label became the first label to market its own clothing line to mainstream consumers via its Tommy Boy Gear line, partnering with brands like Stussy and Carhartt. Tommy Boy continues to license its logo to designers and retailers worldwide including Maharishi and Urban Outfitters.
