"Lapdub" rolls forward like a little gnome riding his hydraulic mushroom lowrider through the forrest ,on his way to meet the love of his life, a fairy godmother. And when they meet, magic ensues. Floating synths are carried by a heavy, purring bassline, while soft percussions tickle your senses like little butterflies on the move. It is a masterpiece illustrating Cascandy's characteristic less is more approach, where on point sound design playfully teases you into the break that us filled with energy, and the synth getting room to tear all walls around it down.
