My songwriting style is conscientiously pensive, poetic, and philosophical in thought with a spiritual and humanitarian bent, addressing issues of social concern and employing some biblical imagery, so it is a bit sociological, ecclesiastic, and politically correct in tone. My genre is a blend of alternative, folk, rock, dream pop, indie, americana, and gospel, tinged with a little light jazz and a blue note in places. It is an eclectic mix.

Metronix is the brainchild of LJ Tisdale, better known as LJ MTX, a seasoned artist boasting over two decades of musical exploration. Hailing from Northern Virginia and currently based in Twin Beaches, Maryland, LJ is a true polymath, excelling as a singer, songwriter, producer, audio engineer, and DJ.

Drawing inspiration from a diverse array of musical luminaries such as Linkin Park, Daft Punk, Pendulum, NERO, and Papa Roach, Metronix crafts a genre-defying sound that melds elements of EDM, dystopian cyberpunk synth wave, rock, and rap.
