Objects&Cells-Cycle

Objects and Cells is a cycle of Solo Pieces. Every piece is dedicated to a different Instrument. The whole Cycle has the title "Objects and Cells", every individual Piece has a number (1, 2, 3...) and a individual Instrument (Alto Saxophone, Flute, etc.). In this sense the title is comparable from the formal conception to Berios Sequenzas and a selection of Fantasy Pieces, useing the method of algorithmic Composition with Objects and Cells based principles (generative, musical Grammar from Philippe Manoury). This piece is dedicated to Guillaume Delange, who gave the first performance in Stuttgart in January 2016, as part of my Composition Master at the University for Music and performing Arts Stuttgart.
