Nic Fanciulli returns to Hot Creations with ‘YSD, marking the release of his first EP on the illustrious label.

Italian pioneer Marco Lys remixes an international club hit by Cool Jack on DFTD, ‘Just Come’. Cool Jack, comprised of influential DJ and Black Moon Records owner Angelino Albanese, producer Gianni Visnadi and vocalist Tom Hooker, originally released ‘Just Come’ in 1992. The addictive track then received remixes from DJ Sneak, Ralphi Rosario, The Sharp Boys and is now updated for modern clubs by fellow Italian Marco Lys. A top ten best-selling house artist on Beatport and one of the most listened to tech house artists on Spotify, Marco Lys’s remix of ‘Brighter Days’ by Cajmere featuring Dajae was supported by A-list producers and played at every major club and festival throughout 2023. CASSIMM’s remix of Radio Slave vs Audion’s ‘Mouth To Mouth’ continues the story of Matthew Dear’s classic, which Radio Slave revived and reinvented as part of his 2024 LP, ‘Venti’.

Radio Slave’s hi-NRG disco cover of Audion’s minimal/maximal 2006 and era-defining anthem has dominated dancefloors since it emerged as a single in late 2023, with the likes of Erol Alkan, Job Jobse, Sean Johnston, Jennifer Cardini and Eats Everything continuing to play it today and the latter awarding it an Essential New Tune whilst sitting in for Pete Tong on BBC Radio 1.

Now, recent Rekids alum CASSIMM continues his huge run of form with a chunky, main-room house interpretation that shows just why his recent release, ‘House of Moves,’ won DJ support from the likes of Tong, Arielle Free, Paul Woolford, Honey Dijon, and Jennifer Loveless.

CASSIMS’s remix of Radio Slave vs Audion quickly follows Lindstrom and Solomun’s remixes of the ‘Venti’ LP’s tracks, which have seen support from the likes of Ivan Smagghe, Chloé Caillet, Nightmares On Wax, and more.

Andrew Meller has been on an incredible run of form recently having smashed the Beatport charts with his remakes of classic tracks such as Faithless' 'Insomnia' and the all-time holy grail of Underworld 'Born Slippy'. His talents do not stop there though, he proves here that he is more than capable of penning some serious underground sounds as he delivers 'Godfathers Dance' and 'Honey'.

'Godfathers Dance' leads the charge here and has been a secret weapon in label boss Nic Fanciulli's sets for time now. This bubbles along really nicely with a warm and funky bass line, some lush, tribal percussion and some great horn additions that really add to that dance floor energy. 'Honey' on the flip is more menacing in it's delivery with a sinister synth pattern and a tough drum workout for those slightly tougher floors.
