It's very safe to say that we are very big fans of Chuggin Edits here at LV HQ. He's a been a long time go to producer for those deep groove heavy loopy disco and AOR cuts for many years.

He has had a string of well loved releases on the likes of Reloved, FKR, Midnight Riot, Alpaca, Hot Digits, Masterworks. A who's who of the best disco edits labels out there. 

It's always a cause for celebration when he lands another EP and now he's back with a brand new six track EP 'This One Time' and it's just as brilliant as you would hope. Our premier from the EP today is Ooo This Love and it's classic Chuggin Edits with that slow lazy groove which pins your right from the first beats.

Masterpiece of a 2 stepper that has Karen C on vocals (what a voice) and Rob Mounsey doing some incredible horns arrangements....
Also on this session you get none-less than Rod Temperton, Greg Phillnganes, Steve Gadd... What's fascinating now is to look back at all this perfection in music that was common in Soul/ Pop/ West-Coast music back then, and when you hear today's crap on radio you realize that all the brillant musical knowledge that existed some years ago has gone ... and some people would probably never figure out how good it was...
So I have spent time on it, in Remastering the track, adding my sorcerer sound, giving it an extended length...
