The first ever release on Dynamite Disco Club, the label, is by one of the most prolific contributors of the Nu Disco / House scene - Babert.
The Disco Revenge label boss from Italy kicks off DDC001 with the track aptly named "Disco Lives". Funky from start to finish, "Disco Lives" begins with a teasing conga and cowbell loop, laced with musical strings and horns that slowly transform into a powerful, jacking bassline that is sure to get the dancefloor going in no time. The addictive groove is soon accompanied by a characteristic funk sample which makes it cheerful, euphoric and further aims to grip the audiences. "The dominant Disco Lives vocal adds the main element of Soul, Funk and panache to the track which justifies exactly why we chose "Disco Lives" as our first release"

I absolutely love the new Baby Keem and Kendrick Lamar collab on Family Ties, but I felt like all the DJ edits I've seen have missed out Kendrick's amazing part 2! 

So I wanted to make a Dancefloor version that focused solely on the second half of the track. And what better way to do it justice than laying the acapella over the 2017 GQOM banger 'Insimbi Yase Dubane' by Emo Kid!
