…and binds up their wounds.
Ayo! Church hurt ain’t fiction — it’s fact. Let’s talk about it.

Yo, I came up in the church, sat front row in pain,
With a Bible in my hand and betrayal in my veins.
Deacon smiled fake, said, “Son, you’re so anointed,”
Then stabbed me in the back — yeah, spiritual disappointment.
Pulpits polished but the pews still bleeding,
They preach healing while behind scenes scheming.
Told me dress nice, hide your mess, stay calm —
But Jesus met the leper, not the suit and tie Psalm.

I saw pastors turn stage into theater lights,
But Christ got crucified without a single mic.
They judged my tats, said, “That ain’t holiness,”
But my scars testify more than Sunday best.
I ain’t bitter, I’m a witness to the grace I got,
Healed by a King who still walks where it’s hot.
He touched my shame, didn’t flinch at my trauma,
Said, “Welcome home, I ain’t your drama — I’m your Abba.”

Scars and grace go hand in hand…
Healed by Christ, we rise and stand!
Church ain’t a museum — it’s a war zone, fam…
Let the healing slam!

Yo, I quit playing saint just to keep y’all comfy,
My honesty hits harder than theology monthly.
Had to face the pain, let the silence break,
‘Cause pretending you’re perfect? That’s the real fake.
I forgave the ones that left me bleeding in the back pew,
Now I minister from mercy, yeah, that’s my breakthrough.
Flawed? For sure. But I’m not forsaken —
The Church hurt me, but Christ’s love reawakened.

They said I was too raw, too loud, too hood,
But God ain’t scared of my misunderstood.
I saw religion break what Jesus came to bind,
So I quit chasing people and renewed my mind.
Now I stand with the broken, we form a battalion,
Wounded healers in the name of the Lion.
The blood still speaks — it ain’t dried or diluted,
So if you got wounds? Yo, you’re recruited.
