Thermodynamik was formed August 2011 and is comprised of former Mortal Repent members Danny Reinherz and Wilhelm Von Schlemp. The project is still in it's early stages, but we decided to post up some of our rough demos for those who have expressed interest. Simply a taste of things to come.

Junior Rocket Scientist is a three piece rock band from Boise, ID.

JRS is characterized by at least one hypomanic episode and at least one major depressive episode. JRS has never exhibited a full manic episode, although periods of high energy and impulsiveness may be experienced. JRS may manifest itself in disorganized racing thoughts, irritability, anxiety, insomnia or all of the above combined. JRS has a chronic relapsing nature, generally relapsing into a major episode after four years.

Catchlight: a gleam of reflected light in the object of a photograph, especially in a person's eye.

Originally, Daniel and Brian were working on music together at their friend's (Will) home studio. It started out as a project between many musicians- collaborating together, sharing ideas, and recording them.

It didn't take long for us to find our sound, and it's different than any of us really expected. We worked on a couple of projects with Natalie, then we really realized the three of us fit very well together.

Things really took off after that. We started becoming better friends, and practicing and recording way more than we were.

We named ourselves CatchLight for a few reasons:
1 - We like photography
2 - Originally working with Will as our producer, it was kind of a tribute to him, as if to say, "it's a reflection of our music through Will's eyes."
3 - Life. We're pouring our hearts into everything we do. So it's kind of like a reflection of our experiences from our perspective.See More

This free spirited Florida girl began turning her poetry into songs in her early teens. Yet highly influenced by the 90's female indie scene, she has a sound of her own. Her  powerful vocals reminiscent of Alanis Morissette will move you as you absorb each lyric as if it were written for you. Naomi’s songs have bits of introspection, as well as fun and quirky twists. She has released 3 full length CDs, 2 EPs , 5 singles, and several music videos. Her new full length record is set to drop Sept 2022. Her award winning music has taken her to 32 countries as well as countless tours in the Northwest. She currently resides in Boise, Idaho.
