Investinmolden zostało założone w maju 2009 roku. Od tego czasu grało w nim wiele osób i skład zmieniał się wielokrotnie. Jednakże niezmiennie jesteśmy zainteresowani graniem muzyki w klimacie progresywnego rocka/blues rocka. Zadebiutowaliśmy na żywo w maju 2013 roku kameralnym koncertem w Antykwariacie "Mały Książek" 
w Poznaniu.
Nazwa zespołu została zaczerpnięta ze skeczu Latającego Cyrku Monty Pythona „Stowarzyszenie Islandzkiej Sagi z Północnego Malden”. Zdanie „Invest in Malden” zostało połączone w jeden wyraz, a litera „a” w słowie „Malden” została przypadkowo zastąpiona przez „o” podczas rejestrowania nazwy na MySpace.

Investinmolden was formed in May 2009. Many people played in the band since then and changes in personnel happened very often. But we are still determined to play progressive rock/blues rock music. Our first live performance was at Antykwariat "Mały Książek" (Poznań, Poland) in May 2013.
The name of the band was taken from Monty Python’s Flying Circus sketch “North Malden Icelandic Saga Society”. The phrase “Invest in Malden” was combined into one word and letter “a” in “Malden” was accidentally changed to “o” when registering band's account on MySpace.

Kacper Wojaczek (od / since 2011) - klawisze, śpiew / keyboards, vocals
