how was this done? I love improvising on piano more than anything (of what's left anways) in my life...this was one take...no cut and paste repeats? I imagine just sitting at the piano with a timer on the corner...ty so much. you are a gift.

One of my students asked if I could record the Nidra we did this week. Although I am often working with a theme or focus for my classes, I rarely script the Nidra Meditation in the class setting. I recorded this today, based on the Yoga Nidra we did in class -with a focus on releasing limited beliefs about the self. Enjoy~
