Saturday, 7am, G camp, Burning Man 2024

Kotoe, Madmotormiquel and myself (Nacho Isa) take on the decks for the last G camp party of the week. The rest is history. A wild morning into the afternoon. Ten hours of ups and downs. 

If you were there you know what we are talking about. If you weren't this will give you an idea of what that morning was.

Thanks to everyone that came to support us and in particular to all the Gs that were a key component to the magic of the day.

One my favourite moments from Burning Man was having the opportunity to play music from the Lucy S Cargo art car during sunrise. Already just biking in a gorilla onesie through the dust to find the glowing snail in the middle of the playa while the first signs of daylight were beginning to colour the sky was pretty surreal. @christianvoldstad played a beautiful set before I started around 6am while the sun was still hidden behind the mountains in the distance. A few friends, some small groups and solo burners danced on and around the car, others hung out in nearby art cars that had pulled up to listen, others climbed a nearby art installation, others pumped a fist while they biked passed. Ice cold Bloody Marys being served by our amazing hosts to any takers from the cutest little cart and the back of the snail.

By 6.30 or so the sun had started to peak over the horizon and within what seemed like a few minutes, had risen fully bringing the heat of a new day in the desert. Then right after me, my brother @koramusique took over with a masterful session that ended ushering Lucy over to the temple where the Black Rock Philharmonic was playing a special performance. Keep an eye and ear out for this special recording coming soon 👀 this was the beginning of an pretty epic day..

🌋 Gratitude overflows for this magical moment at Lago Atitlán, cradled between towering volcanoes. Here, we’re reminded of the infinite beauty of our world and the raw, untamed power of Earth’s elements. It is humbling. It is awe-inspiring.


🍃 In the presence of such magnificence, we are but whispers in this vast and grandiose realm. Yet, despite our smallness, we continue to harm the natural world, and it can respond in kind. My hope is that this sonic journey serves as an invitation to reconnect—with ourselves, with naturaleza, and with our magical planet.

To Rolando: thank you for guiding the sunrise ceremony with your heartwarming words and profound wisdom that touched us all so deeply.


To Brazilian musician Sthefany: it was a pleasure to share this musical moment with you—your flutes added such soulful beauty to this set.


To Elise: thank you for being the most amazing travel companion on this adventure. And to all the new friends we made along the way—you’ve enriched this journey more than words can express.

Celebrating a powerhouse of a woman: Sandy Hill.

This evening, surrounded by my favorite island gatos, was a good reminder to take things less serious and allow myself to be playful with the range of my collection.

I played 2 sets and honestly a joy to experience creativity flow through me with minimal tension.
This is the later part of the night in the cozy chill out dome providing Sandy and friends with a  juicy (not so serious) landing. 

Shoutout to @fly.on.little.wing @mosslington @veracolombo and Thomas for making this happen Sandy Hill we love you.

Brooklyn-based artist Catori crafts immersive soundscapes, blending both electronic and acoustic elements to create dynamic performances. Her style flows seamlessly from organic deep house to ambient, meditative soundscapes. Drawing inspiration from a rich blend of childhood influences—spanning Latin, Rock, Reggae, and others—alongside her with classical training in voice and violin, Catori weaves together a diverse tapestry.

Currently focused on studio work, Catori is set to release her debut EP soon. She has already released on Camel Riders.

Catori has graced the lineups of NYC bred collectives including Zero and Bespoke Musik as well as festivals worldwide including SXM, Minus Zero, Elements Music and Arts Festival and Reactor Venao. A seasoned presence at Burning Man, she has also performed at camps including Bubbles and Bass, Never Sleep Again, Alborz, and Trifucta. She's opened alongside talents including Acid Pauli, Mira, Bonobo, Ry X, Marques Wyatt, Ali Farahani, Goldcap, Nico Stojan, Kora, and Brian Cid to name a few.
