So as it is a "Once upon a time" equivalent I'm thinking if the story told here is like really old, and the name suggests it's history, so, maybe Twelve is a friend of Rayle Horn from 48 later and maybe he eventually died or disappeared somewhere, since there were dialogues about going somewhere mentioning the unknown which also has a track replacing don't forget, and I thought these looked pretty Chara and Asriel styled(which, I think, I could say about 48, too) and maybe Twelve was the guy who was aging faster than the prince since even if The King and The Queen maybe adopted them there was still an issue of Twelve dying faster than eveyone wanted because they weren't from the royal family(it's just a theory)

i think this town is probably ourador btw. Same forgettable vibe, matches the journal entry of the people not wanting to be forgtten about. read that track desc its very helpful
