Hailing from the Gothenburg area of Sweden, blackened sludge outfit Red Antlers was established in the year MMXVI. Immersed in timeless metaphor, their music is a voyage into the archetypal depths of Man, and his relationship to an environment ever fraught with peril. The debut release “Totem,” with its allegorical focus on our fauna and Man’s place therein, thus served to breathe new life into the glyphs of old, whilst simultaneously illustrating their continued relevance in this day and age.
