While the collegiate powerhouse that is the University of Oxford may seem like an unlikely birthing place for an alt-rock band, here we are. 

Originally, drummer Creamer and vocalist Rachel had bonded over their shared music tastes at university, so when Creamer was looking to form a band after a move to London, Rach was the first person he called.

London’s thriving live music scene provided the perfect backdrop and after finding guitarists Matt and Dan and bassist Guy, the line-up was cemented. 

Following a recording session with producer John Mitchell (Enter Shikari, Funeral for a Friend, Architects, You MeatSix), WOLF CELLAR are planning a year of noise with the release of a new EP, and further recording to flesh out WOLF CELLAR’s first full length record.

Our main sound is brutal, savage Metal grooves topped with rapid-fire Hip-Hop vocals. 
However we are not adverse to incorporating any other types of music we like.
We are definitely not some Nu-Metal throwback and cannot wait to defy all expectations of how Hip-Hop and Metal can be combined.
