Independent, eclectic, family friendly and host to some bass thumpin' rave sheds. Nozstock caters for festival goers of all types, from the veteran festival aficionado through to those newly affected by the festival bug. It has evolved from a gathering of 50 friends into an intimate musical odyssey joining the dots between pop, ska, folk, funk, soul, indie, drum’n’bass, psytrance, house and a whole lot more. It is now firmly established as one of the country’s leading boutique festivals. 

The Orchard Stage is set at the foot of a natural arena on the side of the gently sloping valley. Alongside the farmhouse is the Garden Stage, which provides a more eclectic lineup, turning electronic by sundown whilst a converted cowshed, the Cubicles, pushes out sub-thumping bass and dubstep through to the early hours.

The festival is truly home-grown and hand-made – quite literally in fact, with a small army of grass roots supporters helping to create the wonderfully themed environment each summer. Nozstock is the quintessentially British festival – a little bit eccentric, a lot of fun, full of wonder, enchantment… and a touch of magic.

I am a singer and guitarist, I cover folk and blues music. My music is ideal for public and private events in the east midlands; Loughborough, Leicestershire, Nottinghamshire and Derbyshire. I am versatile and fit into any event - I offer a mixture of instrumental and background music for daytime celebrations and livelier music for evening events. Whilst on the beaches of south Greece, songwriter and front man of Eli Stone penned a beautifully crafted, emotional yet melancholy album. On returning home, his songs gained support from like minded musicians before they were noticed by an acclaimed producer from New York who saw a chance to help shape the sound of what has become Eli Stone.
After travelling to Woodstock, New York – Bob Dylan and The Band’s old stomping ground, Eli Stone recorded the debut album.
The record is blissfully melancholy and fearlessly explores the depths of human emotion.
Even in its infancy, the band has attracted attention from bloggers such as the Music Ninja, and Radio One DJ Zane Lowe. This winter, the band will be hitting the road and showcasing the album.

 Tripping on his carpet made of magic across the vector galaxy. Brother Nenious made his intrepid escape from the dead star Planet Z. After evading the perilous clutches of The Legions of the Unjazzed he crashed down to earth, finding himself deep within the South American rainforest.

Taken in as one of their own, the Algorhythmic Mixwizards taught Brother Nenious the secrets of the rhythms of the universe. Buddy, Bonham, King, Mayer, Baker and Nenious used these rhythms to tame leopards, charm snakes and entrance the shaman Brother Thadious.

Brother Thadious was abandoned at an early age by his parents, Joplin and Zappa. He was raised by a pack of wild dogs known as Funkadelic. His adopted father Clinton trapped him in the belly of Santana's guitar until he was ready to become a man and only let him loose when he turned 1000 years old. After following the Scott-Heron of dreams deep into the forest, he stumbled across the rhythmic hypnotism of the wizards.

With White Stripes in his eyes and The Black Keys to The Lost City of Gambuca, he started to paint six string vocal melodies over the wizards rich tapestry of rhythm. After another 1000 years Nenious decided to leave the wizards with Thadious to journey across the world in search for the valley of Derajo. The valley was carved by the hand of a Spanish king and is rumoured to house the last glass pyramid sound transmitter...
So the audio adventure begins...
