A powerful work of 4 killer tracks where a heartbreaking kick drum is perfectly complemented, with frenetic percussion and aggressive basslines focused on moving us viscerally. Peter Kutin works with sound across genres.
His pieces have been exhibited, commissioned, performed, screened or discussed at various notable occasions and venues across the globe. He has composed and written music / sonic-environments for film, theatre, performance, ensembles, contemporary dance, radio, etc…. His interest in moving image expanded beyond music, having also developed and directed a series of experimental short films and multimedial-scenarios. He received several awards, scholarships and residencies.

Steve Hui, known as Nerve, is a multidisciplinary artist with training in contemporary classical composition and roots in the rave scene. He hacks into the existing music system by mixing art forms, crossing boundaries and experimenting with traditions. His practice transcends the boundaries between music, sound art, multimedia theatre and underground culture. His major works include the trance installation opera Somnium, the documentary opera Songs of Portrait in collaboration with Cheuk Cheung, the cinematic opera 1984, and the digital opera The Memory Palace of Matteo Ricci. He is a co-operator of experimental art organisation Twenty Alpha, a lecturer of the Hong Kong Academy for Performing Arts, a resident of Hong Kong Community Radio, and a fellow of Asian Cultural Council in New York. He has performed at festivals such as CTM Berlin, LUFF Lausanne, playfreely Singapore and Sónar Hong Kong.

This release was created between 2023 and 2025 in Chernihiv, Ukraine.
At its core lies an exploration of dark sonic matter and an observation of how such sound environments affect the listener’s emotional state in real time.

The tracks are built from emotionally weighted textures that expand both inner and outer perceptual spaces. A continuous sense of instability and unsafety runs throughout the release — not presented directly, but emerging through density, frequency pressure, and deep reverberation.

Traditional dub delays are used in recontextualized and contemporary forms, functioning not as rhythmic embellishments but as tools for dissolving structural boundaries. At times, overdriven chords appear, submerged in heavy reverberation, creating a sensation of form erosion and spatial blur.

The entire release is wrapped in minimal atmospheric structures, where sound operates as an environment rather than an object. This is not a collection of tracks, but a space for immersion and real-time emotional observation.
