The Trained Monkeys started as a side project between the Drummer and the Guitarist. Realizing that they had enough power to do shows only between these two elements and some vocals, the first 8 to 10 month they played as a blues rock garage duo. After the first recording session, a bass player joined the band to add more power and resulting in the typical Rock Power Trio formation. Now, two years, over 20 gigs in different cities, and two recording Sessions (fall 2012 and fall 2013 - complete live recording session) later, they are able to rock near to any venue possible, make any type of crowd dance and have a great time enjoying raw R&R - Garage - Alternative sounds and beats.
