Borned in 1984 he acquired a passion for music since childhood when he played music at parties on cassettes and vinyls.
Since 2002 he has started residencies at most famous clubs in Transylvania and locations, festivals in the UK, USA and all over Europe.
In 2013 he founded CDj Record Label where there are currently over 50 international artists with over 350 songs, albums and EPs.

Matei is a musician with over 8 years of experience who has played around the world, from his home town in Transylvania to the beaches of Tenerife and everything in between. From different pubs and clubs, festivals, private parties and concerts, Matei makes sure to bring the party and good vibes. He started his journey in the world of music by quickly developing a passion for jazz. Along the way, he played and experimented with various forms and musical genres (jazz, rock’n’roll, funk, pop, rock) in several projects. His latest music project “Matei Sax” intends to create a mix of different intense states by combining the sax tone with the specific impact of music.
